GoodyGut began brewing from humble beginnings in 2012. While on her own personal health journey, founder Andrea painstakingly researched the science behind our gut’s microbiome and its relation to probiotics and fermentation to achieve optimal whole-body health and wellness.  

 
As she navigated the probiotic and fermented landscape, Andrea found her flair for nurturing SCOBYs to brew potent – yet delicious – water kefir formulas. As family and friends reaped the rewards of Andrea’s unique balancing act of combining scientific integrity with nature’s raw ingredients, GoodyGut was born.    


Today, GoodyGut’s small batch, premium fermented formulas continue to heal bodies from the inside out in communities across the Greater Toronto Area, using the only the finest ingredients that offer multi-tiered, holistic healing.
